Eliott excels in computer science, coding, and digital innovation, co-developing two inventions that demonstrate problem-solving and vision. A lifelong pianist, he has performed for over thirteen years and shares his music online, showing that discipline, creativity, and teamwork are central to success.

While excelling academically in the International Baccalaureate Program, Eliott mentors younger teens and volunteers in his community. His intelligence, courage, and innovative mindset make him a role model, demonstrating how dedication, skill, and vision can empower others and create meaningful change. Burli B. Buza is the Chairman and Co-Founder of Lily B And Sons, INC, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth and strengthening communities. Burli’s journey from a low-income background to a leader, inventor, and mentor exemplifies courage, intelligence, and determination.

He served three years as Chairman of Teen Court, guiding youth offenders through restorative justice programs, and co-developed two innovative projects, showcasing his creativity and problem-solving skills. A lifelong pianist, Burli has performed for over thirteen years, sharing his music with the community and inspiring others to pursue their passions.

Currently a senior in the International Baccalaureate Program with top academic achievements, Burli balances school, part-time work, and mentoring younger teens through church and community programs. His vision, leadership, and unwavering dedication make him a role model, demonstrating that intelligence, creativity, and courage can transform communities.

Lily Buza is a devoted mother, entrepreneur, and visionary leader who founded Lily B and Sons Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering families and strengthening communities through education, nutrition, and leadership development.

A proud graduate with a degree in Business Administration (GBA) from OWON Business Seisin, Lily combines academic excellence with hands-on community service. Her inspiration comes from her twin sons, Burli and Eliott, whose energy and curiosity remind her daily of the importance of creating a world where children can grow up healthy, confident, and full of opportunity. Driven by compassion and purpose, Lily believes that “Nutrition and education are fundamental to growing strong and sustainable communities with positive visions for a better future.” She has become a role model for young mothers, showing that leadership begins at home—with care, love, and determination—and extends outward to transform neighborhoods, schools, and communities.

Under her guidance, Lily B and Sons Inc. continues to launch projects focused on empowering young mothers and children with practical skills, mentorship, and access to essential resources for lifelong success.
